Freddie Fredricksen18 August 2026I am very easy going and like to have fun. Painting and refinishing the entire outside of your home is not typically easy or fun. It is also challenging when you get bids that range from 13k to 34k for the same work. We ended up getting two more bids from highly rated local Companies including American town painting. They were basically $500 apart and where we felt comfortable in the middle. We decided to go with American town after the owner, Gabriel came out and visited and spoke to us several times about the job.. Jorge, the site manager,, Was very understanding of the quality that we expected. The entire experience turned out to be a lot of fun and very satisfying. They were very detail oriented and completed the paint, facia, and ironwork of our entire home in about two weeks as planned. They were very few things we asked to be addressed after and they were very minimal. Everything came out excellent, they’re all very pleasant to work with and very accommodating with our time schedule Jorge took extra good care of us And I would highly recommend American town painting for anyone. I’m sure we’ll do the inside of the house and they will be the first one we call. I would highly recommend American town painting And look forward to seeing Gabriel and Jorge again.Posted on Google

We had the exterior of our home painted, including staining beams, sanding and refinishing our entry gates and railings along the front and back of our house. Before we chose this company, Gabriel came to our home a few times to review the details of the job, listened to what we were looking for, and provided a clear quote of what we both expected. He did the estimate personally and gave his honest opinion about what would look good and what would likely not be a good idea instead of saying they would try it and charging us for it. He worked with me on pricing, asking what tier I was willing to spend and we worked on agreeing on the most important items within that tier and not sacrificing quality. When the crew ended up starting on our house, they worked diligently morning till late afternoon and had it done for us in a timely manner for our move in. Gabriel helped us pick colors and finishes when we were undecided. He also came personally to do the samples in our house with our lighting and analyzed the best combinations with us. The crew left everything super clean and made sure to keep windows open for ventilation during the process. My husband and I are so happy about how wonderful our house looks. I honestly can’t say enough good things about American town painting especially after the experience with some of the other contractors we’ve worked with. I asked for an estimate on their website, and got a response the following day to schedule the estimate. Gabriel came over the following day. Two days between asking for an estimate and getting it - very timely. Gabriel recommended commissioning the painters for the day instead of for just the project; more bang for my buck and with what time the painters had left after the project I had reached out for, they'd tackle any other painting requests I had. Scheduling the actual painting was very easy; the team was very accommodating to a busy schedule. Igor arrived at 8:45a and left at 5p - finished the job I had commissioned (which looked terrific) and went a bit further by painting my hallway. Igor put all cover plates back on outlets, put decorations back, and cleaned up after themselves. If I ever need anything painted, I'll be reaching out to American Town Painting and only them. We recently painted the interior of our 6200 sq ft home. We interviewed several other painter who had a 5 star rating but felt Gabriel Pinto ( owner of American Town Painting ) was the most knowledgeable. In the end we were super happy with the excellent job that American Town did!!! American Town Painting was not the high bid nor worth the low bid. The quality of the paint job was many thousands of dollars more than what we paid!!! The crew was really friendly and they were on time every day. Gabriel Pinto, the owner is a very knowledgeable painter. He really cares about the end product. He has taught his crew very well. They were very respectful of our house and all that needed to be done to have an excellent end product . Also their pricing was competitive with other painters that we interviewed. Marshall Erb4 March 2026In drafting this review, contemplation was given to using numerous superlatives and encomiums to express our appreciation of American Town Painting's performance. The one description which continues to ruminate in my mind is "Outstanding". There are four core areas garnering the outstanding designation: quality of work, delivery on promises and expectations, value, and communication. Quality of work - Preparation of the area to be painted was thorough and complete. Evidenced by the painstaking attention to the little details and the quality assurance process used. Starting with taping and masking, paint application, clean up and calking, no shortcuts occurred. Quality was optimally achieved in all aspects of the project. Delivery on Promises and expectations - the initial scope of the project deemed an expectation of three weeks from start to finish. Painters showed up promptly every morning (circa 8:30) and worked a full 8-9 hours. They even worked on a holiday, to ensure the schedule was met, which endured them to us. We knew from their attitude and demeanor they would deliver as promised and not make excuses. Value - the paint used was high quality and matched the value of our home. We expected the paint to be of the highest caliber and were not disappointed. You can see the difference in how it covered the walls, ceilings, doors, baseboards and crown modeling. From a return on investment perspective the price was reasonable and will last for several years. Communication - Gabriel and his team spent time walking us through each phase of the project. We knew what to expect, why it was happening, and were consulted when decisions for change needed to occur. It was a partnership and when working with Contractors this cannot be over emphasized. Gabriel understood our vision clearly, articulated it to his team, and stopped by frequently to monitor the quality of their execution. Every member of his team was diligent, hardworking and pleasant to interact with; we felt completely comfortable having them in our home. They removed and replaced baseboards, and painted two levels of our home three different colors— excellent work. They also discovered old water damage hidden beneath a section of crown molding and smoothly repaired it in no time. The door trim we chose was too wide for three of our doorframes with adjacent shutters, outlets and corners. Edgar customized the trim to accommodate each door while maintaining our chosen trim design. It’s seamless. I can’t recommend their work enough. I reached out for a quote and was able to schedule a preliminary walkthrough with Gabriel to discuss a plan and a quote. Gabriel took into account my naivete and income to give me a fair price and also help take the stress of DIY projects off of my plate. We had our entire interior painted and patched, we also had our kitchen cabinets refinished by his partner company White Fox Cabinets. Gabriel included that in our cost so it was one easy payment. Odi at White Fox did an incredible job with the previous owners DIY disaster job to turn the cabinets into our dream cabinets! Our painters were Igor and Victor. 2 awesome guys who did a wonderful job, worked around our crazy frazzled brains, and were considerate and respectful of our space. The homeowner was nice enough to recommend American Town painting and said she was very happy with their work. We hired them to paint the interior of our 4-bedroom house in Park City, including a very high, soaring cathedral ceiling in the living room. They did impeccable, phenomenal work. They painted doors and moldings and really made the house look brand new, everything looks clean and perfect. Their attention to detail and recommendations on colors were spot on. Odi and his team came and completed that project on time, on budget, and two years later, it still looks immaculate. Fast forward to April 2022...we needed to do a complete interior paint to get our home ready to sell, and of course we reached back out to American Town. Not only did Gabriel work to fit us in VERY last minute to meet our deadline on listing the home, but his team of Fabio and Benito showed up early every day, and worked quickly, but accurately, to complete everything that needed to be done. The main difference was that American Town Painting uses spray instead of brush and rollers. We thought this would give us the result we were looking for. We had a lot of interior painting (~1100 square feet, with tons of trim) to do after some house remodeling. Odie and the other guy with him did an AWESOME job. So much attention to detail, and even fixed a bunch of imperfections in the walls / trim (it's an 100 year old house, so lots of dings / dents and things). Really nice guys too. The best thing about american town painting is they clearly take pride in their work, just absolute professionals. They want to do a good job and make things look great. They have good design suggestions and use quality paints. I was blown away by how much better the place looked after. Prior to finding ATP, we had different painters do our basement.. and ATP really puts them to shame in comparison, no joke. Price-wise, they are definitely fair. Greg Elliott24 August 2021After a horrible experience with a "painter" that over-promised and under-delivered, we chose American Town to paint (read: fix) the walls and ceilings in our townhome. They quoted us a fair price (not the cheapest, but some companies were nearly double!) and we scheduled them in June for an August job. Our two painters, Odinel and Igor, were excellent. They were friendly, kept us in the loop every step of the way, were respectful of space (I work from home), and the quality of the paint job itself was top-notch, even when we asked for a little more work than was on the original estimate. They even patched/repainted a nick that *I* put in a wall after they'd already painted it. And most importantly, they showed up on time every single day. They cleaned up nicely, and made sure we were pleased before they left. The only ding is that it occasionally took a bit of effort to get a response from the owner Gabriel, which made us a little nervous at the beginning. But he came through and even though we were a "small" job, he answered our MANY questions, came out to our home a second time to discuss colors, and always instilled confidence in his team and product. Tom Hopkins18 August 2021We hired American Town Painting to paint the walls, ceiling, trim and doors in our multilevel home. Our initial contact with Gabriel was nothing short of positive and professional. Not only did Gabriel evaluate our situation, but also took the time to provide color consulting services to help pick out the best color. Our home has a full basement, main level with vaulted ceilings with the highest peak about 14 feet above the floor, and an upstairs consisting of a full bath, a loft area and two additional rooms. The doors, trim and ceiling were painted white while the walls were painted a light shade of gray. Having multiple colors and finishes adds to the complexity of the project and ATP was up to the challenge. The ATP crew were extremely professional and made sure all the carpeting, tile, and furniture was properly protected during the painting. They made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving for the day. We can’t say enough about this crew. They were here everyday at 8:30 AM and worked diligently throughout each day. In addition to being professionals, they were very courteous and respectful to minimize disruptions. Pricing is always a consideration and we believe ATP provided a fair price and also delivered a quality product, which Gabriel stated was his goal. He wants to make certain his clients are happy. At the end of the project, Gabriel called to see how we felt about the project and if we had any problems. It is not often the owner of a company reaches out to clients to get feedback. This was very appreciated. We are so pleased with the end product and the work performed by ATP that we would not hesitate to contact Gabriel in the future should the need arise. We were especially impressed with the attention to detail and the follow through that was executed on the job. Walking around the perimeter of our home to inspect the work, even days after completion, we could not find any details that needed to be touched up or otherwise modified. Everything that they needed to remove in order to paint was replaced perfectly with exactness. My wife and i are beyond impressed with their service. Also, with the care they took to do the job right, they did not sacrifice efficiency. The job was completed more quickly than we had anticipated and at a level of craftsmanship as if they had spent months on the project but it only took three days. They did an amazing job on those so when I decided to paint my cabinets I knew I wanted to hire them again. Once again they did not disappoint. I have knotty alder cabinets and I wanted all of the knots filled in and the cabinets painted white. Looking at the cabinets now you would never know they are knotty alder. Gabriel (owner ATP) responded immediately and came to my house and gave me a quote. He is a true example of a professional who values his staff. I was looking for a cabinet painter and he couldn't say enough about Stella his cabinet painter. It felt too good to be true...professional, immediate response, reasonable quote....so I requested a visit to his shop. Both Gabriel and Stella showed up and ON TIME...imagine that. I was totally impressed as you could see the pride in their work. The work was slated to begin on March 1st at 9am. Stella showed up on time ready to go. My kitchen was taped carefully. Stella thought through the details of how I was going to live in this environment for a week. My kitchen was taped for 24hours and I still was able to use my fridge. Everything was completed on time at exactly the time Stella said it would be completed...in fact early. My kitchen was started and finished in 5 days and I only had one day of not using my stove/micro. At the end of every day he would tell me exactly what time he would be back the next day and sure enough at the exact minute he showed up and got to work. Stella attached all my hardware and noticed things I never would have. He filled holes and drilled/adjusted till everything was perfect. I just can't give enough accolades. I got two other bids and he was the lowest priced and had the best reviews. Both him and his crew were so nice and easy to work with. They did an excellent job repainting our greige walls to an off white. They made sure the greige was completely covered even though it took an extra coat (3 instead of 2). They were also very patient with me and the other contractors I had installing tile the same week they were painting. They even helped touch up the baseboards that had to be reinstalled when the tile was installed. Jim Allred12 June 2020I have t&g oak kitchen kitchen cabinets. The kitchen was newly renovated in 1987 and was a big factor convincing us to buy the house. They are nothing like typical oak kitchen cabinets- the grain is spectacular. The surface clear coat had worn and dirt and oil from our hands had penetrated the grain in many places- they looked bad 30+ years later. I found a cabinet maker who could reproduce them but none of the oak they found could match the beautiful grain we had. I called American Town Painting and Gabriel came over. I told him I wanted them sanded down and clear coated and he said he couldn't guarantee that all the oils could be removed- even with deep sanding and I gave him one of the dirtiest to experiment on. He sanded and clear coated and it looked great. He had them all sanded and triple clear coated and they exceeded my expectations. A little of the oils remains in some of the grain but it looks like a warm patina. Very professional. My wife and I are very pleased. I understand that most people have their cabinet doors stained darker or painted to deal with the issues I had but Gabriel offered an alternative. If you love your wood cabinet doors and want to preserve them, call American Town Painting.Posted on Google

Tiegen Boberg12 March 2020Very grateful I found these guys! I was trying to renovate a condo in Utah for my mother while I live in California. It was a challenge to find painters from two states away, but found American Town on Yelp. I ended up obtaining 4 different bids from family referrals, but American Town was by far the best price I received. They painted every square inch of the entire interior along with the kitchen & bathroom cabinets. Below you can see before & after photos. Stella was the crew manager and my mom could not rave about him enough. Both him & the owner, Gabriel, were extremely kind, very thorough and really looked after my mom. Stella even went to the extent of switching out some lightbulbs that were very high as he knew my mom would have trouble doing it herself. Jennifer Rogerson18 February 2020Simply put, these guys are the best. I have used other companies in the past and have never been completely happy (until now). The 200+ 5-star reviews are no joke and are not incentivized in any way. We met with Gabriel, got a quote the same day and his crew was at our house just a couple weeks after that and turned our dark and gloomy house into the most beautiful, bright and inviting home. We had them paint about 3,500 sq feet of our home and they did it all in 5 days. We have walked around the home multiple times looking for any blemishes or mistakes and there are none to be found. It feels like we have a brand new home and I couldn’t be happier. Only problem now is wanting all new decor to elevate it all 😜 LOL. We are very very happy and will never go with another company ever again. I will say that they aren’t the cheapest out there, but it’s 100% worth the extra money to have peace of mind that things are done right!Posted on Google

Mari Bickmore5 February 2020Gabriel and his team did an amazing job on our home. We painted the exterior and interior, pretty much every inch, and couldn't be happier with the end product. We even added onto the kitchen cabinets and converted the dining room to an office with new cabinetry and wall trim. It looks amazing. We did have a horrible cabinet guy and had to get a new one in the middle of the project, which did not help the painters at all, but they really helped me out. I'd say they went above and beyond to get the job done right on a very large project.Posted on Google

Jan Kerchner25 January 2020American Town Paining- both Gabriel and his team-were excellent to work with. We purchased a home near Salt Lake City but we live in California and we trusted American Town Painting completely with the work they did at the house without us being present. When we visited SLC to check the progress, Gabriel was very accessible and responsive and the painting looked great! Additionally, he is just a nice person! Because of the short time frame we had to complete the upgrades on the house, the painters and the contractor who was remodeling the bathrooms, had to work together without interfering with the other's progress. The contractor mentioned to us how cooperative, and accomplished the painting team was. I highly recommend Gabriel and American Town Painting!Posted on Google
